Ordering Policies

1. If an item is purchased by mistake, please email info@chrissiddallmusic.com to cancel the order.
2. If an item has been shipped but you no longer desire it, or it was purchased by mistake, please email info@chrissiddallmusic.com to receive a return label, which will include instructions on collection/drop-off. We will reimburse you the cost of the book , less return postage.
3. If there are any problems with ordering, including technical issues, please email info@chrissiddallmusic.com
4. If you plan on ordering four or more titles, please email Chris at info@chrissiddallmusic.com for a 10% discount.
5. If you are a student, currently enrolled in a music program, or an educator, please email Chris at info@chrissiddallmusic.com for a 10% discount.
6. All shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee. International shipping may be affected by delays at customs borders.
7. If you are an international customer, please be aware that you cannot open a claim until the package is more than 30 days overdue.
